Wirral Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Adults Safeguarding Team on a 36-hour, permanent contract.

You’ll deliver high-quality safeguarding interventions to promote independence, wellbeing and safety, managing complex caseloads and leading safeguarding enquiries.

Working with health partners, police and care providers, you’ll undertake risk assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and develop outcome-focused support plans, applying Care Act 2014 guidance.
