Wirral Council is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Wirral Home and Continuing Education Service. This permanent 36-hour role focuses on pastoral support, helping pupils overcome barriers to engagement and learning, and working with teaching staff, families and partner agencies.
You will develop support plans, undertake home and welfare visits, coordinate multi-agency support, and promote a person-centred approach to ensure the voices of children and young people are heard.
