Wirral Borough Council is seeking Community Safety Officers to join the 24/7 Emergency Control Centre (ECC). The fixed-term contract runs until 31 March 2027, with potential extension to 31 March 2028.
You will monitor CCTV, respond to alarms and Help Points, and support public safety outside of office hours across Wirral. Applicants should be capable of handling multiple priorities, communicating effectively with vulnerable people, and providing excellent customer service.
