Stablecoins have gone from niche to infrastructure. Every serious fintech, payments company and enterprise treasury team is now working out how to integrate them, and most do not want to build the regulatory stack themselves. That is where Wirex Business comes in. We are looking for a BDR to be the first voice those businesses hear.

About Us

Wirex has sat at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance since 2014. Millions of cards issued, billions in transactions processed, and one of the most regulated, stablecoin friendly platforms in the industry. Wirex Business is our Banking as a Service arm, giving fintechs, neobanks and crypto native companies everything they need to launch financial products: card programmes, multi currency accounts, FX, stablecoin settlement and the compliance layer that makes it all work.

The Role

You will open doors, spark interest and hand qualified opportunities to our Account Executive team. This is not spray and pray outreach. It is thoughtful, targeted prospecting aimed at smart, senior people. You will get real autonomy over your pipeline, direct exposure to leadership, product and compliance, and a genuine path into a closing role as we scale.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build target account lists and research prospects properly before reaching out
  • Run sharp outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, then lead first call discovery
  • Book qualified meetings and brief your AEs with clear handover notes
  • Represent Wirex at fintech and crypto events across the UK and Europe
  • Keep HubSpot tight and use tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator and AI to work smarter

What You Will Need

You must be based in the UK or EEA. Beyond that, we want one to three years in a customer facing role where communication was central to your success, genuine curiosity about fintech, payments or crypto, and the ability to write emails people actually reply to. You are comfortable on the phone with senior people, organised without being micromanaged, and honest in how you sell, because trust is built or lost in the first email.

Experience selling into fintech or crypto, familiarity with HubSpot or Apollo, or working knowledge of stablecoins and BaaS would all be a bonus.

What We Offer

Competitive salary, generous vacation allowance plus public holidays, a paid charity day, remote and flexible working, an annual training allowance and real career growth at a leading fintech. Benefits vary by region.

Before You Apply

We care more about attitude and aptitude than a perfect CV. If you are curious about fintech and stablecoins, can write a sharp email and are not afraid of a phone call, we want to hear from you, even if you are early in your career. Find out more at wirexapp.com and apply today.
