The successful candidate will be responsible for the endâtoâend recruitment lifecycle across our GTM functions with a strong focus on supporting our Operations teams across our 16 businesses globally. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a heavy focus on direct sourcing and building highâquality talent pipelines. - Demonstrates previous recruitment experience, ideally with a mix of agency and inâhouse experience within the Tech, SaaS, or Telco sectors.
- Proven Sourcing Expert: A track record of successfully filling complex, niche roles through direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate \âhiring needs\â into \âcommercial value.\â
- Global Mindset: Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (UK, Europe, Asia & US) with a respectful understanding of different cultural nuances in hiring.
