Join The Wireless Logic Adventure:
- Primarily supporting the Global Sales & Marketing and associated functions in maintaining and updating the Salesforce CRM and integrated systems.
- Building reports and dashboards to support projects and act as the primary contact for support issues via Zendesk.
- The successful candidate will work with the Sales teams and administer the CRM tools, ensure Salesforce hygiene as well as providing business reporting and analysis.
- Act as the Salesforce Superuser for the Wireless Logic group, capturing issues via Zendesk as the first point of contact, escalating to Level 2 Support where necessary and keeping the team updated through to completion.
- Work with Level 2 Support on future development requirements and software updates within Salesforce, delivering training to the team where required.
- Support the wider Group Revenue Team in their objectives, detailing all pipeline movements and revenue data across the group, drilling down into each region by combining data from Salesforce and group revenue documents.
- Support in the Forecast Commitment process, ensuring reports and dashboards are updated and participating in the monthly calls.
- Ensure data contained within Salesforce is kept up to date, supporting the team where needed.
