As our new L&D Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our people’s growth journey! Your mission is to support the delivery of a world-class development experience for every single person across the Wireless Logic Group. From welcoming new starters during induction to keeping our global learning platforms buzzing, you’ll ensure that learning is accessible, engaging, and impactful. This isn’t just about "admin"—it’s about being the engine room for a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Learning & Development, you’ll be a key player in a collaborative People & Culture team. You’ll have a global remit, building relationships with internal stakeholders across the world and partnering with external training suppliers. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll have the chance to deliver junior-level training and facilitate workshops, making a tangible impact on our team’s success.
Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities):
- LMS Master: Take the reins of Hibob Learn, managing training creation, learning pathways, and e-learning content to keep our global teams sharp.
- Onboarding Orchestrator: Support the Group induction process and deliver key parts of onboarding to give our new starters a "wow" first impression.
- Growth Facilitator: Deliver junior-level L&D workshops and soft-skill courses, while assisting senior facilitators in higher-level sessions.
- Compliance Champion: Run our compliance training cycles and produce the reports that keep us safe, secure, and ready for anything.
- Training Logistics Guru: Handle the "behind the scenes" magic for internal and external training, from booking suppliers to managing communications.
- The Feedback Loop: Collect and analyse feedback from training sessions, turning data into insights to help us constantly level up our L&D offering.
The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills):
- The L&D Toolkit: Experience using an LMS (Desirable- not a must).
- Event Wizardry: Proven experience in workshop coordination or event administration where details really mattered.
- Creative Flair: The ability to design basic, visually engaging training materials and presentations that grab attention.
- Data Savvy: Comfortable looking at simple datasets and feedback scores to tell a story of how our training is performing.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in a high-growth tech or IoT environment, or familiarity with content creation tools like Canva or Articulate.
