Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a brand ambassador for Wireless Logic, ensuring every candidate experiences our culture of innovation and pace. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support a range of exciting projects to continuously develop and elevate the Talent Acquisition Team at Wireless Logic Group.
Responsibilities
- FullâCycle Recruitment & Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across Tech, Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a true business partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, defining âwhat good looks like,â and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Interviewing: Partner with hiring managers to guide the interview process, ensuring it is smooth and engaging.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a goldâstandard candidate journey, from the first touchpoint through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing: Identify and engage the best and brightest in the industry. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with leading professionals.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Wireless Logicâs presence in the market through active LinkedIn engagement, attending industry events, and communicating our ambition effectively.
- Talent Mapping: Create talent maps that align with business goals, balancing shortâterm hiring needs with longâterm talent pipelines.
- DEI Champion: Build diverse, inclusive teams where every voice is heard and celebrated, creating a workplace that reflects the richness of the world around us.
- Operations & Compliance: Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse), tracking key recruitment data, measuring effectiveness, and providing regular updates. Lead recruiting innovation projects and ensure compliance with international data privacy rules (GDPR, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally a mix of agency and inâhouse experience within Tech, SaaS, or Telco sectors.
- Proven sourcing expert with a track record of filling complex, niche roles via direct sourcing.
- LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
- Commercial acumen â translate hiring needs into commercial value.
- Global mindset â experience recruiting across UK, Europe, Asia & US with cultural awareness.
- Resilience & pace â proactive, âcanâdoâ attitude in a fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment.
- Team player â build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates.
