Role Overview: You are the heartbeat of our people’s growth journey. You will support the delivery of a world-class development experience for everyone across the Wireless Logic Group. You’ll welcome new starters during induction, keep our global learning platforms buzzing, and ensure learning is accessible, engaging, and impactful. You’ll be part of the Group People & Culture team with a global remit, building relationships with internal stakeholders worldwide and partnering with external training suppliers. You may deliver junior-level training and facilitate workshops to make a tangible impact on our team’s success.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- LMS Master: Manage Hibob Learn, training creation, learning pathways, and e-learning content for global teams.
- Onboarding Orchestrator: Support the Group induction process and deliver key onboarding components.
- Growth Facilitator: Deliver junior-level L&D workshops and soft-skill courses; assist senior facilitators in higher-level sessions.
- Compliance Champion: Run compliance training cycles and produce reports to keep us safe and compliant.
- Training Logistics: Handle logistics for internal and external training, from booking suppliers to communications.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyse training feedback and translate into improvements.
The Experience & Skills We’re Looking For:
- Experience using an LMS (Desirable). Event coordination or administration where attention to detail mattered.
- Ability to design basic, visually engaging training materials and presentations.
- Data-savvy: comfortable using simple datasets and feedback scores to assess training performance.
- Bonus: Experience in a high-growth tech or IoT environment, or familiarity with Canva or Articulate.
