Your Daily Quest: As a Customer Touchpoint Insight Analyst at Wireless Logic, you will need a deep understanding of customer behaviours. Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple cultures and diverse groups of employees and Customer types.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative, be highly organized and able to multi-task to tight deadlines.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software analytical packages.
- Creative in approach to change and influence processes with clear document creation output.
- Demonstrate data analysis and statistical measurement skills.
- Established at delivering overall strategic direction for customer touchpoint or journey.
The Secret Sauce: To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience as a senior leader of one or more service departments.
- Comfortable being the owner of Customer Experience/Service measures at brand/company level.
- Confident working with international teams providing service in multiple countries, languages and cultures.
- Experience implementing formal Customer journey strategies management principals and processes.
