About the Network Capabilities Squad
Our long-term mission is to enhance global connectivity with optimized performance, resilience, and compliance across diverse geographies and network conditions. The Network Capabilities Squad ensures Wireless Logic can meet the demands of global IoT customers through intelligent, high-availability services.
We’re building a unified, next-generation connectivity platform anchored by a Tier 1-grade mobile core, eUICC-compliant SIMs, and dynamic multi-IMSI capabilities. This platform empowers customers with:
Global Network Management: Multi-region connectivity orchestration
Performance Monitoring: Latency, uptime, and service reliability metrics
Compliance Management: Regulatory awareness and controls across markets
Connectivity Optimisation: Seamless transitions across cellular, satellite, and Wi-Fi networks
Your work will directly impact global customer experience, enabling businesses to scale and adapt confidently in any region or condition.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you\’ll focus on backend systems with occasional contributions to frontend interfaces when needed. You will:
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Java
Integrate with core mobile network components and third-party APIs
Collaborate on systems for connectivity monitoring, network intelligence, and compliance enforcement
Contribute to platform automation and internal tooling for streamlined SIM, MNO, and network operations
Support and maintain high-availability infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions
Lead technical discussions, participate in architectural decisions, and conduct code reviews
Ensure observability, performance, and security in everything you build
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to incremental product delivery
Your Skills & Experience
You’re likely a great fit if you bring most of the following:
Strong backend engineering experience with Java
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
Exposure to connectivity platforms, mobile networks, or telecom infrastructure is a plus
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems
Security-first mindset with an understanding of compliance/regulatory-sensitive systems
Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile squads
Familiarity with Frontend development is a nice to have
- Willingness to learn React.js for occasional frontend tasks
