At Wireless CCTV we’re continuing to grow our hugely successful Managed Services Sales division. To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to win new business and expand existing customer accounts across Eastern parts of London, Lower Thames Estuary and Northwest Kent.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new revenue and expanding our customer base. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where success comes from your ability to win new business, build strong relationships, and close deals quickly. This is a field-based role, therefore, only candidates living in the surrounding areas will be considered.

Business Development Manager Role Overview
  • Winning new business – proactively generating leads, building your own pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue
  • Owning the full sales cycle – from first contact through to presentation, negotiation and close
  • Driving sales performance – consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Delivering at pace – working in a short sales cycle environment where speed, responsiveness and follow-up are key
  • Building strong customer relationships – developing trust with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat and upsell business
  • Providing tailored solutions – understanding customer needs and positioning the right solution to add value
  • Managing your pipeline – maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and activity levels

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Development - Field Sales role within: Rental / hire / leasing models or High-volume, short sales cycle environments
  • Proven track record of: Winning new business (hunter mentality), Hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Background in B2B sales, ideally within security, construction, infrastructure or utilities.
  • Highly effective at prospecting and generating own pipeline (cold outreach, referrals, networking)
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
  • Skilled in objection handling and negotiation
  • Commercially astute with clear focus on margin as well as revenue
  • Comfortable selling a service or rental-based solution, not just a product
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities and multiple deals progressing simultaneously
