Are you ready to take the next step in your growth marketing career? At Wireless CCTV, we are looking for a driven and creative Growth Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team, based in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in growth marketing and ready to lead campaigns, contribute towards strategy, and drive measurable impact.
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities

• SEO strategy implementation, in conjunction with the wider team
• Manage landing pages for high conversions and focus on web journeys
• Email marketing management, including automation and lead nurture sequences
• Organic LinkedIn posts
• Lead magnets like whitepapers, calculators, templates
• Webinars, virtual events or gated video content
• Help develop our ABM and personalisation strategy
• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
• A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Manage paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and report on campaign performance.
• Identify and test new channels and tactics to unlock scalable growth opportunities
  

Growth Marketing Lead Benefits

• Annual Salary £36,000 - £39,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), increasing with service from year two.

Your Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role.
• Proven track record of delivering MQL targets and building pipeline from campaigns
• Hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns
• Automation experience
• Good understanding of lead scoring, funnel stages and marketing attribution
• Proven track record of running successful acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• A self-starter with a test-and-learn mentality and a passion for growth.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
