WCCTV are recruiting for Business Development Executives to join our Sales team with offices in Rochdale and Luton.

The Business Development Executive role involves generating new business within your sector, developing relationships with top clients across construction, demolition, water, energy, and rail sectors, and advising how WCCTV’s innovative products and services meet client needs. You will arrange qualified appointments for our account managers, continuously develop your sector knowledge, and make persuasive calls every day to create lasting impressions. This position offers a fantastic platform to thrive in sales and grow within a successful organisation.

Business Development Executive Benefits

  • Up to £30,000 salary – with uncapped commission potential

Key Tasks Include

  • Proactively research and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
  • Arrange in-person meetings between qualified leads and Account Managers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by delivering outstanding after-sales support.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of product features and advantages to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Understand the needs of the customer and confidently identify and advise on product recommendations.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline to track and prioritise prospects throughout the buying journey.
