This is a field-based role in the Midlands, focused on developing new business and growing existing customer accounts within the Construction sector. The role requires an experienced B2B sales professional who can build long-term relationships, identify opportunities on site, quote opportunities on the day, and close 10+ deals per month.

Salary & Location

  • Salary: up to £50,000 basic (DOE) + £15,000 OTE uncapped + Company Car Allowance.
  • Location: Midlands (field based). Only candidates living in the surrounding areas will be considered.

Role Focus

  • Attend meetings booked by yourself and the internal Business Development Executive (BDE) team and fully explore customer needs/requirements.
  • Arrange site prospecting visits to introduce the business.
  • Be knowledgeable of our products and services (Stellifii) and tailor them to customer needs.
  • Identify new sales leads and schedule your own meetings, along with meetings booked by the BDE team.
  • Explore and develop all commercial opportunities for the company.
  • Maximise revenue and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
  • Travel to customer sites across the Midlands and surrounding counties (field-based).
  • Achieve and aspire to exceed KPIs and activity targets.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably rental model and/or security sales.
  • Proven experience working in the Construction sector.
  • Understanding of fast-paced short sales cycles and experience maintaining a strategic portfolio.
  • Experience in plant hire is desirable but not essential.
