WiredScore is one of the world's leading building certification companies. We work with the world’s top landlords, agents, and tenants to assess and promote buildings with great technology offerings. Today, we certify over 1 billion square feet of real estate, for over 1300 clients in buildings used by over 9 million people across 40 countries. Technology and digital connectivity are vital to the way we live and work, which is why WiredScore’s mission is to make the world’s buildings smarter and better connected, to enable a more collaborative, innovative and dynamic future.
Our product team and product suite are expanding to meet the needs of our customers and our rapidly growing business. Our products today comprise building certifications (WiredScore for Office, Homes, Industrial and Neighborhood and SmartScore for Office and Neighborhood) as well as a global Accredited Professionals partner network.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a multifaceted and strategic role at WiredScore, responsible for growing and evolving our global partner programme - the Accredited Professional (AP) programme. Through the AP programme we partner with organisations operating at the intersection of real estate and technology to educate them on WiredScore and SmartScore certifications: the global standards for digital connectivity and smart building performance. Professionals become APs to gain the knowledge and tools to help their clients - landlords and developments - create buildings that meet the expectations of today’s occupiers.
As WiredScore’s Partner Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end AP experience. That means overseeing every stage - from the first point of contact and onboarding, through training and accreditation, to ongoing engagement, enablement and renewal. You’ll lead projects to improve existing touchpoints while developing new ways to strengthen AP engagement and drive long-term programme growth.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative and multi-skilled marketing team, drawing on the expertise of colleagues across content, design, field marketing, social media, email, online and product marketing. Together, you’ll bring the programme to life through standout communications, engaging learning experiences, meaningful recognition, and community-building - both virtual and in-person.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, combine creativity with strategy, and work at the heart of a mission-driven business, we’d love to hear from you.
