Your Challenge at Wire

As a Senior Product Manager for Audio and Video Experience, you will be at the heart of creating secure and delightful real‐time communication. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and customer‐facing teams to drive adoption of our calling product line. You will shape the roadmap of the calling product in collaboration with the cross‐functional Calling team, lead discovery efforts with our users, customers, and partners, and synthesise your findings into clear, concise, and actionable requirements. Within our product organisation, you will contribute to defining our overall product strategy and use your influence to shape how the calling product contributes to Wire's global goals.

  • Drive the strategic development of our secure calling and conferencing product offering
  • Craft high‐quality and differentiated functionalities within our cross‐functional Calling team
  • Drive user adoption and business growth by maintaining a high‐quality standard for your product
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic ambitions of Wire through the Calling product

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scale‐up, or fast‐paced environment
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms, VoIP systems, or media streaming technologies
  • Familiarity with the field requirements of live communication (codecs, protocols, deployment requirements)
  • Understanding of network protocols and real‐time media transmission challenges
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in cross‐functional settings with empowered engineering teams
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively between engineering and business teams

With a collaborative and results‐driven mindset, you will work closely with our commercial teams to inspire growth and adoption.
