Job description:
To provide assurance across multiple projects/programmes. Lead discovery phase for the Finance business. Own the overall integrated solution, assess the impacts of changes delivered by projects. Probes the business/delivery teams and asks relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements. Works with SMEs to come up with specific product offerings based on market demand.
Responsibilities:
- Determining the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals.
- Documenting the process transformation ideas.
- Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models.
- Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency both technical and business processes wise.
- Lead work including strategy development, organizational structures, business processes, value streams, data, information, and supporting technology. Build and maintain the client capability roadmap.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that architecture, design, and solution delivery align with business needs and deliver business value.
- Leadership: Establish and guide the client's architectural and design strategies (including methodologies); oversee all client design work; cultivate and maintain strong relationships across projects and multiple vendors to ensure integration and enterprise coherence. Actively participate and lead the client through discovery, design and project assurance.
