The SMP Business Analyst supports delivery of the SMP business roadmap by analysing business needs, shaping requirements, and enabling effective change across new and existing SMP market functionality. The role acts as a key interface between SMP leadership, business users, delivery teams, and technical specialists, ensuring that changes are well understood, feasible, and aligned with our market processes.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions using design thinking and customer‑led approaches
- Influence leaders and SME’s to drive shared understanding and alignment
- Translate conceptual needs into clear functional requirements
- Produce end‑to‑end process maps, customer journeys, data mappings and market‑facing documentation
- Maintain documentation to ensure consistent understanding across business, technical, and delivery teams
- Prioritise requirements with delivery and support teams
- Support end‑to‑end UAT and engage development, QA and data teams to resolve issues
