Senior Delivery Lead

We're looking for a highly experienced Service Delivery Lead (Lead Integrator) to join our team in the UK. As a Lead Integrator, you will be responsible for coordinating complex and high-risk business and technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders, platforms and delivery teams. Working at Platform or Lab level, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful integration and delivery of strategic programmes, enabling teams to execute change at pace while effectively managing dependencies, risks and governance requirements.

You will work closely with Platform and Lab Leadership, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, suppliers and wider business stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of integrated roadmaps and large-scale change initiatives.

Type: Fixed Term Contract 6 - 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex and high-risk business and technology initiatives across Platforms and Labs.
• Work with stakeholders outside of the Platform to establish alignment and enable successful delivery.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance regarding the provision of resources and services supporting operational and development activities.
• Manage complex implementations requiring integration across multiple internal and external parties.
• Establish key integration points across Platforms and Labs and communicate dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate with Platform and Lab Leadership teams to plan and prioritise integration activities and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate integration processes and implementation events across shared infrastructure and services.
• Work with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to identify, sequence and orchestrate dependencies across integrated roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Feature Teams to identify, manage and track delivery dependencies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimise delivery flow and remove blockers impacting programme execution.
• Provide expertise and support for governance activities supporting large-scale change initiatives.
• Manage third-party suppliers, providing oversight and addressing underperformance where required.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience coordinating large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience working across Platform, Product, Engineering and Business functions.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management and roadmap planning.
• Experience identifying risks, issues and blockers and driving effective resolution.
• Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, scaled Agile or complex enterprise delivery environments.
• Ability to coordinate change across multiple teams while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and strategic delivery partners.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
