Wipro is seeking a skilled Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for a hands-on Agile Delivery Coach who brings credibility, empathy, and real-world delivery experience. You’ll be embedded within a cross-functional engineering team, guiding them through agile ways of working—not just by the book, but by example. You’ll help the team navigate LBG’s change processes pragmatically, focusing on what truly matters: delivering value, fostering collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This isn’t a theorist role. We want someone who’s lived the reality of agile delivery, who can cut through noise and inspire teams to embrace agility as a mindset—not just a methodology.
Responsibilities
- Maximise the team’s benefits from agile ways of working
- Lead by example in applying agile principles and practices
- Support Engineers and Product Owners in backlog creation and refinement
- Wear the Scrum Master hat or coach others who do
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Help the team pragmatically apply LBG’s change processes
- Encourage cross-role collaboration and shared ownership
- Proven technical delivery background in agile environments
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their trade-offs
- Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a transforming or complex organisation
- Strong working knowledge of Jira (and ideally Jira Align)
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be the person engineers trust. You’ll help the team move from “doing agile” to “being agile.” You’ll know when to push, when to support, and when to step back. You’ll help the team focus on outcomes, not ceremonies. And you’ll make agility feel like a natural, energising way to work.
