Position title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Lead Consultant
Role Summary:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. Provide overall solution leadership, manage stakeholder engagement, drive best practices, and oversee delivery quality across the workstream.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Compensation and Variable Pay solution design workshops.
- Define and validate business requirements and target processes.
- Provide functional leadership and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client stakeholders and provide strategic advisory support.
- Review configurations, testing outcomes, and deployment readiness.
- Mentor consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
- Professional SuccessFactors module certification in Compensation.
- 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience implementing Compensation & Variable Pay.
- 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
- Assembles and develops talent by creating a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Work Environment and Special Considerations:
- Works in a professional and/or remote office environment.
- Will be required to travel to client locations.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers.
