Job Overview

As our SAP Solutions Sales Director, you will drive the sales of SAP solutions into our clients, understanding their requirements and articulating the value of our offerings. This is an individual contributor role without team management responsibilities.

You will be accountable for the SAP order book across the UK & Ireland region, engaging with CXOs and business owners to build strong relationships, understand client challenges, and develop tailored solutions. You will collaborate with global pre-sales teams, lead generation channels, and account teams to develop and execute business plans. Your role includes leading end-to-end solution development, focusing on S/4HANA transformations, migrations, upgrades, and cloud offerings. Developing long-term client relationships and maintaining high standards of communication, responsiveness, and stewardship are key aspects of your role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in solutioning, selling, and closing deals in IT services and consulting, especially in SAP services such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP on cloud platforms.
  • Technical understanding of SAP solutions and their industry applications.
  • Experience within large consulting or SI organizations, with a track record of meeting sales targets of $8-10M or higher.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and work under high pressure.
  • Experience in the consumer and manufacturing industries is advantageous.
