Job Description
- Understanding of Sales Orders, Header and Item
- Sound understanding of Sales Orders, Header and Item, including configuration experience with all objects
- Sales Order Batch Management
- Understanding of Material Master Data and its usages in downstream processes
- Functional specification authoring (Reports, Conversions, Enhancements, Interfaces and Workflows)
- Experienced at building custom solutions and applications within SAP
- Copy Control from Sales Contracts to Sales Orders
- Sound Understanding of Material Determination, Customer Material Info records
- Functional specification authoring (Reports, Conversions, Enhancements, Interfaces and Workflows)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong functional Configuration skills in SAP S/4 HANA SD (including order processing, shipping and billing) POS integration and SAP FICO AR, AP, GL reporting, month end closing
- Strong Functional Knowledge in SAP SD Pricing and Condition Technique
- Strong Functional Knowledge in Intercompany Billing and Integration with Supplier Invoice creation
- Strong Functional Knowledge in Advanced Available to Promise
- Strong Functional Knowledge in Output Management in SAP S4 HANA
- Full knowledge in Condition Contract Management in SAP S4 HANA
- Strong knowledge of Fiori Apps in area of Sales and Distribution or O2C Process
- Strong knowledge of Business Partner in SAP S4 HANA
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients\’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD functions
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior Members
