As an SAP RCM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP RCM system to streamline our recruitment processes and enhance talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with our HR and IT teams to ensure the seamless operation of our SAP RCM platform. Your Responsibilities: As the SAP RCM Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Configuring and customizing the SAP RCM system to meet the organization\’s talent acquisition needs Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP RCM with other HR systems Providing technical expertise and support for SAP RCM implementation and maintenance Implementing Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central for seamless HR processes Utilizing Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central to enhance the employee experience and streamline onboarding processes Mandatory Skills: The ideal candidate will possess: Proficiency in SAP RCM configuration and customization Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition workflows Experience in integrating SAP RCM with other HR systems Knowledge of SAP RCM data migration and system maintenance Expertise in Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central for streamlined HR operations SAP SuccessFactors Functional Certifications in RCM, RMK. Desirable Skills: Additionally, familiarity with the following will be advantageous: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules Knowledge of SAP HCM and HRIS systems Lead workshops and training sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR users Familiarity with advanced Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central functionalities for enhanced HR operations Proven experience with Career Site Builder (CSB), recruiting process design, and candidate experience optimization.
