We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme within the media domain. This is a key role driving end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, working across cross-functional SAP landscapes and leading complex integrations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Sales & Distribution (SD) capabilities, supporting large-scale implementations, and delivering business-critical solutions across S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP SD OTC processes including pricing, billing, invoicing, and billing plans
  • Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including sales order processing and revenue flows
  • Drive cross-functional integration with MM, FI, LE and HCM
  • Collaborate with technical teams on custom Fiori app development
  • Support integration with external OMS / eCommerce platforms
  • Lead design and implementation of flexible workflows and BRF+ solutions
  • Deliver expertise in IDocs, Vertex tax integration, and system interfaces
  • Contribute to rollouts, support engagements, and transformation programmes
  • Develop functional and technical specifications aligned to business needs
  • Bring in industry best practices across SAP OTC processes

Key Skills & Experience

  • Multi Project SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP SD / OTC
  • Proven delivery of at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong integration experience across MM, FI, LE (Logistics Execution)
  • Experience with Vistex or Rights & Royalties solutions (essential)
  • Exposure to media / entertainment industry environments
  • Experience with: SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC
  • AATP (Advanced ATP)
  • BRF+
  • IDocs and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, billing, product hierarchy, and GL postings
  • Experience in cloud and on-prem integration landscapes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, global delivery environments
