The Salesforce UAT Test Lead will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and system integrators to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are production‑ready.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own the UAT strategy, approach, scope, and timelines for Salesforce programmes
- Prepare and maintain UAT Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Acceptance Criteria aligned to business requirements
- Identify UAT risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Lead functional and UAT testing across Salesforce clouds, including:
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- CPQ / FSC (if applicable)
- Strong experience as UAT Test Lead / Functional Test Lead on Salesforce programmes
- In‑depth functional knowledge of Salesforce business processes
- Hands‑on experience in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign‑off
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
