Project Manager(Product +Program)

Wipro is looking for a Product and Program Manager to work closely with our product, design, engineering, and leadership teams. As the Product and Program Manager, you will define what gets built while leading the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

You will combine product ownership with programme delivery, ensuring that requirements, user experiences, technical dependencies, and delivery priorities remain aligned. This is an opportunity to influence the complete product lifecycle, from initial definition through to release.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product and Program Manager, you will:

• Own product requirements, functional specifications, feature behaviour, prioritisation, and the product roadmap.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to shape user flows, interface behaviour, usability, consistency, and design fidelity.
• Sequence delivery across dependent teams, manage the critical path, and identify integration risks and trade-offs.
• Maintain an authoritative view of product scope, delivery status, priorities, and intent for key stakeholders.
• Govern scope and schedule changes, prevent unmanaged expansion, and support evidence-based estimation and planning.

Mandatory Skills

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience owning product specifications and delivery schedules for successfully launched software products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, service integrations, data models, software architecture, and CI/CD release processes.
• Experience managing dependencies, delivery risks, scope changes, and cross-functional product roadmaps.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to influence engineering, design, leadership, and business stakeholders.
• An evidence-based approach to product quality, prioritisation, estimation, reporting, and decision-making.

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

• AI and machine learning-enabled product capabilities.
• Model behaviour, evaluation methods, latency considerations, and operational costs.
• Project management and product documentation tools.
• Data querying for reporting, analysis, and decision support.
• User experience principles and design-quality standards.
