Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements as the primary client contact, building trusted senior stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end engagement delivery, ensuring high quality execution, value realization, and adherence to delivery frameworks and standards.
- Partner closely with Global Business Lines, SMUs, and Client Engagement Partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end transformation solutions under the "One Wipro" model.
- Support account growth through consultative selling, shaping client propositions, contributing to value-based business cases, and expanding footprint within strategic accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering strong delivery capability and future leadership pipelines.
- Contribute to consulting thought leadership, solution development, and reusable IP while enhancing market credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Operate effectively within a global, matrix organization, influencing diverse stakeholders across regions, functions, and service lines to achieve shared outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with multiple clients across various industries in Big4 / Accenture / other Tier 1 consulting organisations.
- Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
- Ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
- Strong program and consulting disciplines (e. g., Project/Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines).
β’ Process knowledge
- End-to-end process diagnostic experience.
- Understanding of AI/agentic within Finance processes and key value chains β PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A.
β’ Digital Finance Tools experience
- Experience working with Finance software vendors in go-to-market activities, design and implementation of technology and surrounding processes and change management (e. g., Black Line, High Radius, FIS, etc.).
- Good understanding of Process intelligence and platforms like Celonis, Signavio, etc.
β’ ERP / S/4HANA & Business case
- Must have experience with ERP implementation projects in SAP S/4 Hana.
- Experience in business case creation for S/4Hana migration and similar large transformation projects.
- Understanding of key CFO-driven business metrics and linking with process-driven operational KPIs.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
- Experience in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and ability to drive and lead customer relationships into large engagements.
- Proactive approach to business development opportunities and effective utilization in a sell & deliver operating model.
- Delivery and program expertise with experience handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
- Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
- Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and recruitment leads.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.
- Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the European market.
- Proactively proposes solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions, etc.
- Internal content and offerings creator: writes publications, blogs and whitepapers.
- Utilizes digital presence to enhance brand presence.
