The Gig Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding gig workers for short-term, project-based, and specialized roles. This position ensures timely fulfillment of gig requirements through digital platforms and internal talent pools while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage gig workers through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, and internal gig marketplaces. Connect with Vendor, Drive ER to generate GIG pipeline. Build and maintain a pipeline of freelancers and contractors for recurring needs.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct skill assessments, portfolio reviews, and AI-driven interviews. Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria (skills, availability, cost).
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for gig workers, including access to tools and project guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality agreements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare gig agreements and NDAs. Collect KYC documents and ensure tax compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track deliverables and timelines using project management tools. Gather feedback from project managers and maintain performance records.
- Reporting: Maintain gig recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire). Provide weekly/monthly reports to HR leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
