Servaada is Wipro\’s UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.
About the Role:
We are seeking a UK based, skilled Migration Business Analyst to support a migration onto our intermediary platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from one platform to another.
The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, providing an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Migration: Lead the asset migration working with key stakeholders within Operations
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the migration
- Data Mapping: Support colleagues analyse legacy systems and map data to the new intermediary platform
- Migration Strategy: Develop and document the migration strategy, including defining the approach (e.g., lift-and-shift, re-platforming)
- ETL Processes: Oversee the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Testing: Support Test manager to validate the migration, including static and dynamic data testing
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the migration process
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including data mappings, test plans, and risk assessments
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in business analysis
- Wrap Platform migrations: Has had experience of working on multiple UK Wrap Platform migrations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data modelling
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Certifications: Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with intermediary platforms
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with cloud integration and modern data platforms
