Essential Experience:
- Experience of Managed File Transfer products (Connect:Direct, Sterling B2B integrator, Sterling File Gateway, etc)
- Hands on experience of transmissions protocols (sFTP, C:D, AS2, FTPS etc )
- Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc)
- Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security
- Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems
- Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding
- Windows Connect Direct support experience
- Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model
Additional Beneficial Experience:
- ITIL foundation and/or expert certification
- Project management / delivery background
- IT Transformation
Additional Key skills:
- Enterprise focus – building solutions with an emphasis on sustainability, supportability, stability and robustness including disaster recovery features
- Working in virtual teams distributed globally
