We are looking for a SAP BRIM & FI‑CA Functional Consultant to deliver configuration‑led SAP BRIM solutions across charging, billing, invoicing, and financial accounting. This role suits a hands‑on consultant who enjoys deep functional configuration and close collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable billing solutions.
You will play a key role in translating business requirements into configured SAP BRIM solutions and supporting delivery through build, test, and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Configuration & Delivery
- Configure and deliver SAP BRIM components including:
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP FI‑CA
- Subscription Order Management (SOM – good to have)
- Translate business requirements (subscriptions, usage, bundles, pricing models) into detailed BRIM configurations.
- Configure:
- Rating and charging logic
- Recurring, usage‑based, and event‑based billing
- Complex pricing, discounts, and bundled offerings
- Support functional design and configuration across the O2C lifecycle:
- Order Capture → Charging → Billing → Invoicing → Accounting
- Configure and support:
- Re‑rating scenarios and error handling in CC
- Invoicing cycles, billable items, and aggregation in CI
- Contract and subscription lifecycle management in SOM
- Collections, payments, and dunning processes in FI‑CA
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support during hypercare and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
- Ensure functional configurations comply with:
- Revenue recognition principles
- Audit and financial control requirements
- Regulatory constraints where applicable
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP BRIM functional configuration
- Proven experience with:
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP FI‑CA
- Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- Industry exposure to subscription‑ or usage‑based billing models
Please note that this will be a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months.
