Wipro is looking for a Salesforce Data Architect to join our innovative digital transformation team. As the Salesforce Data Architect, you will lead the implementation of autonomous AI agents powered by Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will translate business needs into agentic solutions and work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape our AI‑driven future.

Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic advisory for Salesforce Agentforce, providing guidance on platform architecture and best practices.
- Designing and deploying autonomous Agentforce Agents, including intent design, prompt templates, and natural‑language workflows.
- Architecting end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to ensure accurate AI responses.
- Designing scalable data models, pipelines, and transformation strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Integrating data across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, marketing systems, and external databases to build unified customer profiles.
- Leading technical squads, mentoring teams on prompt engineering, and supporting escalations.
- Driving governance, testing, and performance validation using the Agentforce Testing Center.
- Partnering with executive stakeholders to maximize ROI on AI investments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and integration middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and enrichment patterns.
- Designing agentic workflows using Agentforce.
- Salesforce multi‑cloud implementations.
- Event‑driven integration patterns and API‑first design.
- Advanced testing and performance optimisation for AI agents.
