Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through to delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams at the same time.
- Develop programme plans, budgets, governance and reporting.
- Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Drive business readiness, implementation and transition activities.
- Track programme costs, benefits and overall value.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Provide clear updates and recommendations to executive teams.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Strong Life & Pensions experience.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
- Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
- Strong programme governance, planning and risk management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
Desirable
- Experience delivering large-scale business transformation.
- Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
- Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernisation.
- MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualifications.
