Overview
In this role you will lead the DevOps team to streamline and automate CI/CD processes, aligning development, operations and testing around a cohesive DevOps framework. You will shape architecture, select tools, and drive secure, scalable deployment across application lifecycles. You’ll provide technical support, handle escalations, and promote knowledge transfer to grow capability. This is an opportunity to influence delivery efficiency, reliability, and security for client projects at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team to automate and streamline integration and deployment processes
- Design and define overall DevOps architecture/framework for project/module delivery
- Decide on DevOps tools and platforms aligned to client requirements
- Create deployment models for validation, testing, and monitoring performance
- Define and manage IT infrastructure per supported software
- Drive the DevOps pipeline across planning, coding, building, testing, release, configuration and monitoring
- Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle
- Provide customer support on DevOps tools and troubleshoot escalations
- Perform root cause analysis of major incidents and develop alternative solutions
- Mentor the team, share best practices, and drive talent development
- Oversee onboarding of applications from planning to release stages | Transform and optimize processes for faster, more reliable deployments
Key requirements
- Experience leading DevOps teams and delivering CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of DevOps lifecycle and toolchain
- Ability to design architecture/framework and select appropriate tools
- Experience with infrastructure definition and resource provisioning
- Security integration across the DevOps lifecycle
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis and remediation planning
- Ability to onboard applications from planning to release
- Strong communication and customer-facing problem-solving skills
