Wipro is looking for an AEM Tech Lead/Architect to join our digital experience team. In this role you will drive the architecture, development, and optimization of our digital content sites, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, highâperformance AEM solutions, ensuring best practices in architecture and development.
- Guide and mentor a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the integration of AEM with frontâend and backâend systems, optimizing performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to translate business and marketing strategies into efficient web solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing enhancements to the AEM technology stack and workflows.
Mandatory Skills
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components, templates, OSGi services, Sightly/HTL, and AEM administration.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing largeâscale, contentârich AEM solutions.
- Handsâon experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, and integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and thirdâparty systems.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B testing, and personalization engines.
- Experience with cloud hosting models for AEM and content management best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX/UI design.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma and translating designs into technical implementations.
- Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Workfront or Jira.
Compensation is competitive, with a generous benefits package including training and development, up to 6% employer contributory pension, and quarterly bonuses.
