PEGA Lead Solution Architect in Leeds

Were looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to work in Leeds on a fixed term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives. Key Responsibilities of this Solution Architect role include end-to-end architecture and design of Pega applications, defining reusable frameworks, components and integration patterns. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Pega installations and someone who is aware of all Pega best practices and guardrails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and preformant solutions.
• Act as the technical authority and mentor for Pega development teams.
• Review and validate solution designs for compliance with architecture principles.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Pega configuration, rules, data modelling, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and developers throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD practices for Pega deployments.
• Define and enforce Pega best practices, coding standards, and design guidelines. Participate in architectural governance boards and solution reviews.
• Evaluate new Pega capabilities and release updates for adoption

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Must be CLSA certified on 8.x, preferred Infinity version
• Overall Pega exp should be greater than 10+ yrs.
• Knowledge on Pega installation (Version 24.2)
• Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
• Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
• Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
• Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
• Must be able to manage the deliverables and work in the absence of team member
• Must be aware of all Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Must have good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in SDLC, agile and other implementation methodologies.
• Pega implementation methodology knowledge.
