We are seeking a skilled Workday and Azure Integration Project Manager to lead and coordinate the seamless integration of systems and processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project managing Workday and Azure integrations, experience in this area is a pre requisite for this role
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify integration points, and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate communication and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the integration process. Work closely with development teams to ensure that integration solutions are technically sound and meet performance standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that integration solutions meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance integration outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-integration assessments. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and key metric
Qualifications:
- Education: Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. PMP certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on system integration projects like Azure, IBM , Boomi or Mulesoft . Proven track record of successfully leading complex integration initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integration methodologies, tools, and technologies. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex integration challenges.
