The role: As an Identity and Access Management leader, the candidate will be responsible for building an efficient IAM capability function in the UK & Ireland region.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IAM strategies and solutions that align with business goals of the key customers.
- Design, implement, and manage robust IAM & PAM solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global IAM Strategy and implement policies, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously enhance the program to adapt to evolving threats, technologies, and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and applicable cybersecurity frameworks.
- Lead the implementation of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) and evaluate and deploy appropriate technologies for the same.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and align IAM initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the global team.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to IAM, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Skills required:
- Good experience in Cybersecurity with expertise in Identity and Access Management, including IAM Program Management and Strategy Development.
- Extensive expertise in both on-premises and cloud IAM frameworks, solutions, and integrations.
- Good knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Well-versed with new age IAM service line products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, SiteMinder, Beyond Trust, CyberArk etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes and standards.
- Experience with enterprise-class automation.
- Focus on Automation first, Engineering mindset. Automate processes where required and maintain concept of continuous improvements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with leaders across the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- BE/ BTech/ MS/ MTech with certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or other certifications strongly preferred.
