Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, with strong capabilities in prompt engineering, AI guardrails, and domain alignment, particularly within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use case.
  • Build and optimise prompt engineering strategies for accuracy, reliability, and contextual output.
  • Implement AI guardrails to ensure responsible AI usage, including safety, compliance, bias mitigation, and output validation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking domain requirements into GenAI-driven solutions.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities (RAG, embeddings, APIs) into enterprise systems and workflow.
  • Support development of GenAI use cases such as conversational AI, document processing, regulatory reporting, and automation.
  • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks, especially for financial services applications.

Core Technical Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, etc.).
  • Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and AI pipeline.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AWS platform on implementing AI ML or Generative AI solutions.
  • Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Good to Have

  • Certification in AI/GenAI or Cloud AI platforms.
  • Banking Domain Knowledge (Customer due-diligence and Financial Crime).
