Wipro is looking for an Appian Lead/Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Appian Lead/Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative business process management solutions. You will collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to impactful digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing Appian solutions using Appian 20.x and above.
- Leading configuration, continuous code integration, development, and functional testing.
- Understanding business requirements and mapping them to business processes.
- Designing and developing database objects to support BPM applications.
- Delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as required.
- Participating in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Mandatory Skills
- Appian Design and Development, with Appian Certified Lead or Senior Developer credentials.
- Process Model, CDT, Records, Reports, and Site design in Appian.
- Coding, troubleshooting, and handling integration objects.
- SSO and SAML configuration.
- Writing optimized database queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Appian AI, Process HQ, RPA, and IDP.
- Process optimization techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leading large programs with multiple functional and technical capabilities.
