Join to apply for the Digital Product Owner role at Wipro. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Owner to join our high-performing team. In this role you’ll be delivering digital technologies that support our capital delivery teams optimising energy generation, transmission and distribution through our clients' infrastructure upgrade. You’ll oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, working closely with the Product Manager to keep aligned with the product strategy.
Location: Warwick, UK (hybrid basis, 2 days a week in office)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements effectively.
- Lead the development of digital propositions that improve experience and deliver commercial value.
- Act as Product Owner ensuring alignment with strategic vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver digital solutions, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, translating strategy into actionable tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Deliver and maintain a roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, tracking KPIs and benefits to maximise business value.
What We’re Looking For
- Communication skills are key to this role. Whether collaborating with stakeholders to elicit requirements or communicating progress against PI objectives, the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders is essential.
- Significant experience of delivering digital products in a fast‑paced agile delivery environment and are passionate about delivering a great user experience.
- Qualification in an agile delivery methodology such as Scrum or Scaled Agile is desirable.
