Wipro is seeking a skilled Cyber Security business analyst to join our dynamic team.

Role Purpose: To capture, structure and manage all business, functional, non-functional, operational and regulatory requirements across all Lot 2 pillars, ensuring full traceability to ZT capabilities, CAF/eCAF outcomes, and milestone acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops, interviews and discovery sessions across IT, OT, HR, SOC, Risk and business units.
- Document detailed requirements for network segmentation, ZTNA/SSE, secure device build, insider risk, DLP, and SBOM.
- Create and maintain requirement traceability matrices mapped to CAF/eCAF, CISA ZTM, ZT principles and Business Outcomes.
- Document protect surfaces, DAAS maps, threat models, process flows and operational requirements.
- Maintain consistency of use cases across multiple pillars.
- Support creation of Business Impact Assessments and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Ensure all requirements comply with STW Delivery & Cyber frameworks.
Skills & Experience:
- Business analysis experience in cybersecurity programmes.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience with Zero Trust, DLP, ZTNA, secure configuration, insider risk or network segmentation.
