Seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage the creation, execution and analysis of exercises designed to increase Crisis Preparedness for Application Managers and Technology Managers globally. Projects in this book of work span from deploying Data Center Isolation exercises, Flagscape Recovery testing and Business Continuity maintenance while partnering with our APS and CTI business partners to ensure end to end best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the project's primary point of contact
- Resource engagement; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
- Leads meetings consisting of the project team and partners
- Identifying delivery impediments and escalates as necessary
- Lead crisis preparedness, project execution, integration, and implementation
- Define project milestones and socialize with business partners
- Ensure milestone dates are met by driving execution of tasks
- Hold resources accountable to agreed-to task completion dates
- Engaging technical resources and define their scope of work
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Quality assurance ensuring that all tasks are completed as specified
- Establish and maintain relationships with technical partners
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience of Technical Project Management
- Strong project leader
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Agile Scrum and Jira
- Ability to collaborate with globally disparate teams
- Ability to manage the execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams
- Must be able to proactively engage business and technology leaders
- Agile Scrum Methodology (mandatory)
