Job Description:
- Senior Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end projects.
- Strong understanding of ISO 20022 payment architecture.
- Skilled in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships and secures buy-in at all levels.
- Plans effectively to optimise delivery, manage scope, and reduce risks.
- Proactively monitors execution to identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Analyses reports to provide insights for informed business decisions.
- Manages change adoption to ensure smooth implementation and lasting benefits.
- Should have very good communication and negotiation skills in managing multiple application teams.
- Good understanding on Steering level committee meetings.
- Experience in managing the financials for the project.
