In this role you will lead the governance and integration of Servaada’s Transformation Programme, delivering an authoritative, integrated view across workstreams. You will ensure scope, milestones, costs, benefits, risks and readiness are managed coherently, while improving governance quality and data automation. You will challenge delivery positions with wealth-management domain knowledge and provide concise, decision-ready insight to the Programme Director and forums. This is a hands-on PMO partner role in a regulated, FCA-focused environment that shapes adviser and investor journeys and platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an integrated Transformation Programme with defined objectives, baselines and approved changes reflected across artefacts.
  • Integrate workstream plans into a coherent roadmap and dependency view, flagging sequencing conflicts early.
  • Set minimum programme control standards while allowing appropriate delivery approaches per workstream.
  • Maintain core artefacts (integrated plan, RAID, dependency map, benefits view, governance calendar, readiness).
  • Operate governance forums, reporting cycles, escalation routes and action tracking for the Programme Director.
  • Provide an authoritative view of delivery status, milestones, costs, benefits, risks, dependencies and readiness.
  • Ensure ownership, rationale and traceability of decisions, actions and changes.
  • Provide timely cost, benefit and value information for governance and decision-making.
  • Own the consolidated programme cost baseline and forecast, track actuals and variances.
  • Ensure benefits are measurable, baselined and tracked as forecast, realised or at risk.
  • Assess impact of changes on adviser, investor, operational, financial, risk or service outcomes.

Key requirements

  • Strong PMO experience in UK wealth management, investment platforms or related regulated financial services.
  • Experience supporting complex transformation programmes with multiple workstreams.
  • Proven ability to establish and enforce project management methodologies and processes.
  • Experience integrating workstream plans, RAID, dependencies, decisions and change control into a programme-wide control environment.
  • Proven ability to manage programme financials (resource and non-resource), forecasting and variance management.
  • Experience linking change outputs to measurable adviser, investor, operational, financial, risk and service outcomes.
  • Ability to produce high-quality executive reporting and governance materials.
  • Strong stakeholder credibility across Programme Directors, workstream leads, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Operations, Technology, Data and third-party partners.
  • Strong PPM, reporting and data-management capability with data-driven insight.
  • Analytical thinking and constructive challenge.
  • Clear communication and ability to simplify complex data.
  • Programme management methodologies and processes.
  • Structured delivery data for control, insight and reporting efficiency.
