Wipro is looking for an AWS Cloud Architect to join our cloud and digital engineering teams. As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and enabling cloud-native solutions that support application modernisation and large-scale cloud transformation. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on AWS.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver cloud-native architectures using AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, and identity.
  • Lead migration of legacy applications to AWS, including refactoring and re-architecting for scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation.
  • Define and implement microservices-based and containerised architectures.
  • Enable CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile delivery models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Java / J2EE full-stack technologies.
  • Experience with microservices, containers, and API management solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, including serverless and platform-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Single Page Architecture (SPA) and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
  • DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, event processing, or cognitive solutions.
