b Overview /b p In this role, you lead automation initiatives for strategic accounts, shaping roadmaps and aligning capabilities to drive ROI. You will engage cross-functional teams to mature automation across selected accounts and ensure scalable monitoring, governance, and delivery. You’ll translate client requirements into actionable automation plans, manage expectations, and foster strong relationships.
