Together with you as the spearhead for a functional area, we define with our clients the right transformation strategy, roadmap, and guardrails. During the template definition, you ensure the value realization and guide our clients. We offer end-to-end delivery to our clients, ensuring that our process designs are deployed and prove their benefits.

Brief Summary of the role

We are looking for an SAP Source to Pay professional who is keen on delivering procurement solutions (often associated with an S/4 transformation) to our clients in an international environment. You will work with our clients in the template design phase to capture the requirements, guide and lead your team, consisting of consultants both onshore and offshore. During the design phase, you will ensure that the design items meet the expectations of the client and bring the expected benefits. After the successful design and sign-off, you will ensure successful delivery including go-live. An international industrialized rollout where you will play the role of guardian for the design template might follow on some projects.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in SAP S/4 MM and Ariba implementations as stream lead or solution architect, including full E2E knowledge about direct and indirect procurement processes, guided buying, catalogue management, forecasting, MRP setups, invoice verification, and supplier collaboration and evaluation.
• Process knowledge about integrations into distinct types of production processes (MTO, MTS, MTE), Warehouse operations (SAP EWM), and Transportation Management (inbound planning with SAP TM) is required.
• Proven track record on process optimizations for procurement processes in conjunction with a transformation.
• Knowledge about Reporting and using Spent Analysis would be a plus.
• Profound knowledge in efficient procurement operations, vendor collaborations, integration into MDG for supplier onboarding and maintenance.
• Techno-functional knowledge to create specifications for data exchange (IDOC), Output Management (Adobe Forms, BRF+), SAPUI5, and BTP enhancements.
• Good understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile).
• Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleagues.
• Good process knowledge in the manufacturing industry or consumer goods industry.
• Confidence to discuss with the client different options and process variations and provide guidance.
• Knowledge in Signavio would be a plus.
• Good analytical skills and ability to summarize different options and provide guidance.
• Proficiency to communicate with clients at various levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners).
• Stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity, and a sense of service are essential in this position.
• English fluency is mandatory.
